Corsair 45 Oled Xenon Flex Brightness

Recommended Posts

Very lovely monitor, with great image quality, and features, however, even using hdr in win11, and brightness at 95,

i notice at first when i turn on screen, is full bright, but slowly after awhile screen goes slightly dim, which i know is

burn in protection, but as i navigate around, brightness goes back up, but not at peak like as if i turned on monotir

first time.  Is this a power feature? or a slight dim? i looked at orbit, or echo settings, no option their.  If i turn off, and on

screen, i get the nice pop in HDR, at desktop.

Hello,

Disable Adaptive Brightness:
Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep.
Click on Additional power settings.
Select Change plan settings for your current power plan.
Click on Change advanced power settings.
Expand the Display section and turn off Adaptive Brightness.
Check Power Settings:
Ensure that your power plan is set to High Performance.
Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings.
Select High Performance.
Update Graphics Drivers:
Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. You can do this through Device Manager or by visiting the manufacturer’s website.
Monitor Settings:    Official Login Link
Check your monitor’s on-screen display (OSD) settings for any power-saving features or dynamic contrast settings that might be causing the dimming.
Windows HDR Settings:
Go to Settings > System > Display.

Best Regards
