Tilimantu Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Hey guys, I am having an issue I'm struggling to solve. When icue is not open, my headset acts normally However, when icue (v5.14.93) is open, the LED on the mic goes off completely and the button that controls muting/unmuting the mic no longer does anything. I also lose the sidetone effect. I have no idea how to solve this. I've reinstalled, re-paired. I've held the button for 15 seconds to soft reset. None of these have worked. It all used to work just fine. I bought a new PC last week. Completely fresh windows OS and drives. And now this issue. I'm currently downloaded an older ( v4.33.138) version of icue to see if this helps. Any help regarding this would be very appriciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
