DarkQuark Posted April 27 Share Posted April 27 I just got an M75 mouse. While the other things I have that are corsair pass firmware check. The M75 fails. I have tried it on a different PC and on a different (unfiltered) network. It fails every time on the M75. I have no idea why this is at this point. Clouded Posted June 24 Share Posted June 24 Same exact issue. Picked up the M75 Air recently, in box firmware 5.5.18, icue calls for 5.6.20 update upon connecting to PC. After starting update all data zeros out for a few moments then icue returns to main display with mouse missing. Upon reconnecting it shows back up with original firmware prompting for update.
