OklahomaHoss
I'm trying to personalize my computer a little, and I get a message saying that in order to do so, I have to activate windows. But when I click "activate", I get this red text that says: "Unable to activate Windows because you don't have a valid digital license or product key". Why wouldn't my computer come with windows already activated? How do we fix this, Corsair? Edited April 3 by OklahomaHoss

MikeBob
I had the same issue, shame on Corsair, and resolved it by running a few commands: 1. Open a command prompt as administrator (press Window key, type cmd, click Run as Administrator) 2. Run this to get your Windows product key: wmic path softwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey 3. Run: slmgr -ipk <Your product key here> 4. Run : slmgr -ato Windows should activate after this Edited June 1 by MikeBob misspelling
LiamP
I received instructions from Corsair support on reinstalling windows... I procrastinated and a few days later, Windows magically activated itself. The issue allegedly stems from logging in with a Microsoft account during Windows setup. I didn't get a chance to try MikeBob's solution.
