dafrol
I am attempting to update the firmware on my xeneon flex. I have my video card connected to the monitor using HDMI. I have the supplied USB C to USB A cable connected from the monitor to my PC. The monitor does not show up at all in iCue When running the firmware update it fails with no other option. The info log contains the following: [2023-11-15, 13:22:48] (I) CConfig::LoadUserSetting, Path:C:\Users\dfroe\OneDrive\Desktop\firmware\config.ini [2023-11-15, 13:22:48] (I) CVerifyCrt::VerifyingFileWithSignature, The config.ini file is valid... rufatroot
Fixed by removing all connected devices and directly attaching Thunderbolt Type-C port to Windows laptop and executing upgrader.
Master500
Same Problem. Removing all other components didn´t work. Help by support is shameful, 1 answert in 36 hr and not even helpfull! Hope toi get more attention here! I WANT TO FORCE THE BIOS-UPDATE, because i suspect that the fw update crashed during installation and is now corrupt on the monitor.
