Gabbatek Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 TLDR - Wireless firmware says 3.13. Plugged in firmware says 1.02. Can't get past preparing. Long Version - I have two k63 wireless keyboards. Old one gifted to gf. The new keyboard will not go into sleep mode and when i cable it to the pc, it says the firmware is version 1.02 which needs updating. Update never progresses past 'preparing' and when uncabled into Wifi mode says the firmware is 3.13!! So which is it????? The same problem happens on the other computer too. Only one dongle attached, I have tried resetting the keyboard, swapping the dongle with the other k63w dongle and rebinding it. Only thing i haven't tried is using a an older version of icue or link but i'm so confused. I need to be able to sleep the keyboard to save battery Also submitted a ticket to support many days ago and nothing back Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
