Elite LCD is not displayed in iCue.

Hey,

I installed my Corsair H150i Elite Capellix yesterday and installed an LCD upgrade kit on it. However, the LCD is not showing up in the iCue. I have checked the wiring several times and it is as Corsair and many Youtube videos suggest.

The display shows a Corsair screen on startup and after a while a red triangle with an exclamation point. In addition, Windows under the devices is also detected as "LCD Cap".

What have I already tried?:
- Checked cables and pins for damage
- Checked cabling
- Commander Core reseted
- Reinstalled the software (deleted all folders and Regedit entries)
- Tried old software versions
- Display checked if it is plugged in correctly.
- Display and Commander Core are not connected via USB splitter and are both connected directly to the mainboard.

I sat for hours yesterday trying to find the error and looked at numerous posts but nothing helped.

Time to contact Corsair Support. There are a couple of reasons you can get the red triangle of death, but besides bad connections there is a possible hardware fault origin. I think you’ve covered the user side steps and this may require replacement.
