Graphite 600T: top & front fans dead suddenly?

Hi there, friends,

Recently I've changed my setup to a Ryzen5 3600XT, witha AORUS Elite mb & Nvidia AORUS 3070Ti graphics card.

I've not noticed that the top & front case fans were "stopped" until I've updated my cpu sink last week. I noticed extreme heat, which I blamed directly on the processor, but I realized that I also had an air circulation problem inside the case...

The fans don't work but if i move them with my fingers they start up very lightly

I hpe you can help me with these two questions:

• can somebody explain me how the fans are connected to the case power supply? (I think them are connected to the upper switchboard, isn't it?)
• did you think the fans are dead? 

I don't know if the fans are dead or it is a problem with the connection to the control unit... 

In case I'd want to change them, could you recommend me some other more efficient and new model? I would also change the one on the back...
