cant change H170i LCD

I just bought the H170I with LCD. I had icue 5 installed.

The pump works and the lights were on. The LCD shows my coolant temp.

The tab to change LCD display is not there and originally ring wasnt there either.

I opened the pc and reseated all connections.

Same thing. So i uninstalled and reinstalled icue but this time with icue 4.

This is when i got the ring settings but still no display options.

 

Problem: Cant change the LCD screen setting because there is no button to access those settings despite the pump showing up in icue

The same thing is happening with my H150I Elite LCD XT.  The tab for Screen Setup is not there.  Everything else works fine.  Tested both in iCUE 5 and iCUE4.  Screen shot below.
