Does anyone know of a way to make a macro trigger a macro?

I have a macro I created that makes my Minecraft Dungeons player walk a specific direction.  Can I trigger another macro to fire after this macro is complete to have the character walk back for the same duration which is recorded in a second macro?

Does anyone use the macro keyboard features for gaming?  🙂  I love RGB too - but it seems that's all this forum is filled with.
