Brand new AX1600i with serious issues, where is customer service? Opened 2 tickets, with barely any responses, and calling in is useless!

I opened 2 tickets, initially, I opened one for RMA, since my PSU tester was showing a PG failure on the power supply, but was (eventually) told by a rep that this needed to be handled by tech support, which is fine, but he never told me whether he was reassigning the ticket or if I needed to create a new ticket. I followed up and asked about that, but have never heard back! So I went ahead and opened a new ticket properly assigned to tech support, and still have not heard anything back...

Chat is never available as an option, it always tells me that there is no one available.

I tried calling in today, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then the system tells me that there is no one available, to try calling back later and then just drops my call!
