Dweagar Posted March 19, 2023 Share Posted March 19, 2023 After a month of fighting with the RMA folks, I finally was refunded for the purchase of my H150i ELITE LCD, which I then used to buy a H150i ELITE LCD XT. Installed that part today, and now iCUE refuses to recognize my 5000T case lighting. It was working before with the old H150i ELITE LCD setup, but not now with the new part installed. I have performed a complete uninstall of iCUE since the new installation, wiped it clean off my system per instructions, and reinstalled the latest version, but it still does not recognize the case lighting. Getting frustrated with this being one problem after another with Corsair products. If I have to RMA this case too, I'm really not going to be happy.
