No response on my ticket after 10 days

I made a ticket on the 18th about my PSU. My system keeps randomly shutting off every few days regardless of what I'm using my computer for at the time. I believe it might be an issue with the PSU, and I'm getting pretty frustrated with the random shutdowns during games or just watching youtube videos. Is it normal for them to take this long to respond?
