can i hook up QL120 and ML120 fans together on a commander core xt???

i want to use 2 commander coreXT's to hook up the three ML120's that come with the h150i and 7 QL120's. I know the RGB count is different but i'm wondering if the ML's can be connected with the QL's together.

The Commander Core and Commander XT have independent RGB headers making mixed led counts easier. This would not be a good choice on any of the other serial controllers.  However, be aware it can’t turn a center hub led fan into a ring fan. This means special lighting effects that are ring based in their design won’t look right on center hub fan. Since you are likely to put 6 QL on the XT and then 3 ML-Elite + 1 QL on the Com Core, there should be minimal issues with the combination as opposed to sandwiching a pair of QL fan in between several 8 LED fans.
