iCUE 4.21.173 and iCUE 4.22.203 Battery Indicator Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm new here on Corsair forums and I was hoping maybe others members can help me..
A few days back I installed iCUE 4.21.173 and I notice that my Dark Core Pro SE does not have the Battery indicator anymore in the notification area (windows 10) so what I did is uninstalled iCUE 4.21.173 and reinstalled it to no avail.. I also tried the new update iCUE 4.22.203 but no luck..

I also followed this guide (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712) to clean install iCUE 4.22.203 but still no battery indicator for my Dark Core Pro SE.. If I plug the USB cable directly it has a charging indicator but if I use it wirelessly the indicator is not visible.. My Virtouso SE have the battery indicator and works fine only the Dark Core Pro SE has the problem.. Tried resetting the mouse by following the guide (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025348571-How-to-Reset-your-computer-mouse) but still not appearing..

I am now back using the old version of iCUESetup 4.19.191 which is working with my Dark Core Pro SE..
Maybe there is a problem in the last two new versions?
Any help would be highly appreciated..

Regards,
Mikachan

Hi,

Just a quick update about the Battery gauge bug that I encountered in iCUE 4.21.173 and iCUE 4.22.203..

I just did a clean reinstallation of iCUE 4.22.203 several times (maybe 3x) then the battery gauge is now visible..
For me, on previous versions of iCUE I just update it without any problems.. Maybe a bug I guess..

All is good now.. Thanks.. 🙂

Regards,
Mika

I have the same problem after the update! If the battery is full, the icon will be blank and disappear, and reinstalling it several times cannot solve the problem!
The old version is displayed normally!

Hi,

Yup noticed this too and the only solution to this is use the mice normally until it drops its charge, only then "High" will reappear in the notification area..
My Virtuoso SE headset does not do this though, only Dark Core Pro SE seems to do this when it is fully charged up..
I just hope they fixed this issue in the next version of ICUE..

Regards,
Mika
