flyboyscott Posted March 29, 2022 Share Posted March 29, 2022 I was able to fix my own problem but I wasted about 30 minutes doing so. I'm posting this in hopes of saving someone out there the wasted time it cost me. I noticed that my Windows key and all combinations of the Windows key stopped working. Very frustrating as I am very shortcut oriented and the Windows key is well key. Turns out there is a setting in the iCue software to deactivate the Windows key. I select my device in the iCue software and then select Performance on the left side under profiles. In that page you should find the "Disable Windows Key" setting. Not sure how it got turned on but it was and deactivating the option fixed my problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lorelya Posted March 29, 2022 Share Posted March 29, 2022 This exact thing happened to me too. Randomly my windows key stopped working and I couldn't figure out why or how to fix it. Happened to be messing with iCue a few days ago and found that setting. Don't know how it got turned out. I didn't even know it existed until a few days ago. But it fixed my issue.
