Ran through https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033489511-Fix-Corsair-headset-sound-issues-after-the-Windows-10-build-1903-update-or-an-iCUE-software-updateand it didn't help. In icue the battery level of the headset shows as unavailable and the firmware shows as v.? Anyone know of a way to manually get the firmware? SmolderingEgo Posted March 22, 2022 Author Share Posted March 22, 2022 I tried again to do the unplug, plug in routine and this time it worked and seems to be charging my headset correctly while showing a firmware version.
