Virtuosu SE and WIRELESS RECEIVER can't be updated firmware in iCUE

Hi guys. I bought the headset and I can't update the firmware in ICUE, just showing the message "no new updates". Can someone help me?

Firmware's versions:

WIRELESS RECEIVER - v.0.16.80

Virtuoso SE - v.0.17.149

iCUE version: v.4.21.173
