Looking for help with Fans!

I'm building a new system in an inverted Lian Li Dynamic Evo case with an MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK mobo. Full parts list here. The only parts I need to purchase yet are the fans, and I want to know if my planned purchases will work, if I'll be able to use all their functionality (eg ARGB), and if anyone has any other suggestions for me re fans.

The Lian Li case fits 10 120mm fans. The MSI mobo has 1x 4-pin CPU fan connector, 6x 4-pin system fan connectors, 2x 4-pin RGB LED connectors, & 2x 3-pin RAINBOW LED connectors.

I am looking to purchase 10 Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE Performance 120mm PWM Fans (3 triple packs which each include a hub/controller & 1 single) & a Vetroo V5 CPU Air Cooler or a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition for the CPU.

Is it possible to install all these fans and use the ARGB on all of them? How many will I have to group together (ie. they display the same RGB)? Is there anything else I need to make this work?
