Obsidian 1000D case not showing up in iCue

Hello everybody,

we have finished our new built using the Obsidian 1000D case today. It has got a custom water cooling using all corsair components. 
Everything seems to be fine. However, we cannot see the case in the iCue Software. We only see the second commander pro installed.

The commander of the obsidian seems to work though as the fans that are connected to it are spinning. 
We have also tried connecting it to the USB hub on the mainboard that works for the other commander - nothing. 
The software is up to date. So this isn’t the problem either. 
 

Do you have any idea what might be going wrong here?
