Hello

 The jack cable of my HS70 is cut, I am on a console and I cannot use the USB cable, where can I find a spare cable?  Does Corsair sell any?

If you just mean the cable I have circled here, that's a very standard 3.5mm audio cable, you can get them at any electronics or audio supply shop. We don't sell the 3.5mm cable on its own, but if you email our support team / create a ticket, they can probably send you one as a one-time customer courtesy as well. Very standard 3.5mm audio jack though, it legitimately might be faster for you to order it from your overnight-internet-retailer of choice...

Precisely no, the cable is not standard .. I tried with a standard cable it does not work, looked at the difference between the two ends

The cable for this headset had broken at the 4 pole end. I've tried another 5 pole - 4 pole cable, but it isn't the same length on the 5 pole end and does not work. Are there replacement cables available? I saw another post suggesting a standard 4-5 pole cable, but as I said - it isn't standard. The 5 pole end is significantly shorter than a standard cable.
