Elite LCD causing computer not to complete shutdown

Hi all - new to the forum, so hopefully following the right protocol. I just upgraded my H115i with the Elite LCD screen. While all the functionality is fin and iCue works great with it, my computer will not not fully shut down or fully shuts down intermittently. When I say it stays partially on, the monitor indicates it shuts down, but the GPU, fans, CPU block, memory, etc. are all lit up. When I put the stock head back on, everything works great. All software and firmware up to date as mandated by Corsair. I even tried changing what was connected to the USB splitter but same results. Any ideas? I'm on Windows 11 and can't figure out why everything shuts down ok with the stock Capellix head but not the LCD screen.
