I tried to update the driver in iCue (v3.38.61), but it didn't recognize the headset. After some searching around I find that the headset is incompatible with that version of iCue. Unfortunately after installing the latest version (4.18.209), the sound quality is still awful and I can't even open iCue to try to update the driver.
