Scrolling down goes up sometimes

On my Dark core RGB Pro every so often when I scroll down it will scroll up. Is this a hardware issue or some setting I need to change? I've had this mouse for a year now and just recently have been having this issue.

Hi iambear,

First step here is to try a soft reset on the mouse, which will reset it's internal memory to default settings.

 

To reset a Dark Core RGB/SE:

Set the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to OFF.
Hold down the Forward and Back side buttons.
Hold holding down the side buttons, set the power switch to ON.

 

If resetting your mouse doesn't fix the issue, reach out to Technical Support via a ticket for further assistance.
