eacoimbra
Hi Everyone, I have a recurring problem with the iCue software crashing constantly. The crash in the event viewer is always the same: Qt5Qml.dll. I was using version 3 for a long time and last week switched to version 4. The error is still the same. I cannot identify if there is another application on my PC that is incompatible with iCue. I have looked everywhere. Is there any way to enable debug mode in the application? Thanks Quote APPLICATION ERROR Name of the failed application: iCUE.exe, version: 4.15.153.0, timestamp: 0x611bdf61 Failed module name: Qt5Qml.dll, version: 5.15.2.0, timestamp: 0x5fa50bd2 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000001e70 Failed process ID: 0x3790 Start time of the application at fault: 0x01d7bb74fb47c955 Path of the failed application: C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\iCUE.exe Path of the failed module: C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\Qt5Qml.dll Report ID: db138c2b-634e-4f97-8587-cc705152a80f Full name of the failed package: Application ID relative to the failed package: WINDOWS ERROR REPORTING Failed bucket 1720368050020469446, type 4 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available CAB ID: 0 Problem Signature: P1: iCUE.exe P2: 4.15.153.0 Q3: 611bdf61 Q4: Qt5Qml.dll P5: 5.15.2.0 P6: 5fa50bd2 Q7: c0000005 Q8: 0000000000001e70 P9: P10: Attached files: \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER241F.tmp.dmp \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER2F2C.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER2F4C.tmp.xml \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER2F4A.tmp.csv \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER2FA9.tmp.txt These files may be available at: \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_iCUE.exe_fb21de3624a23e906eabd3a11e21a568ccb36a_d8443656_5f032cb5-edf6-4636-98fd-95c75a8843b8 Symbol of the analysis: Checking again for a solution: 0 Report ID: db138c2b-634e-4f97-8587-cc705152a80f Report Status: 268435456 Bucket with hash: 4ab68216339973b477dff9a06866cac6Guid from CAB:

STOPchris
iCue 4 is garbage. I will probably be going back to 3 on all of my machines. I have had errors on both my computers that run iCue 4. If I were you, I would go back to 3 as well. iCue 4 puts a really bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Corsair.
Talon1
3.38.61 is the best version for me. V4 was bad.
