iCue Dongle Flashing Red (Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless)

Hi guys,

 

Posting on here now because I am sure this is an iCue issue.

 

A couple of weeks ago my wireless dongle just stopped working. It flashes red constantly and I just can't get it to connect. So I reached out to Corsair Support and they provided me with a replacement dongle. But when I plugged the replacement one in today its doing the exact same thing as before.

 

I've re-installed iCue and restarted my PC many times now.

 

My iCue version is 3.38.61

 

What am I doing wrong here??? iCue or the dongle just doesn't seem to recongise my headset at all!
