Little problems with front pannel Corsair 1000D

Hi guys.

 

Since a few weeks ago I noticed that the RGB of the case was deconfigured for the front panel. I checked the iCUE settings and they were fine, however when I changed the RGB color, the green part of the lights stayed and did not change.

I've tried disconnecting the RGB and reconnecting, reinstalling the iCUE and it continues the same way.

i did try to open a ticket but i haven't Part number and serial number of the Case

Send me a PM with the ticket ID and I'll follow up on it.

You can find the serial on the back of the case; but the part number itself won't be printed on the case. There's only a single variant of the 1000D I wouldn't worry about the PN too much.
