Iolgz
Hi there all! I've come to the Corsair forums in the hope that someone may be able to help. Recently bought a few pc parts, including new AIO cooler listed in title paired with my new ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI mobo. All works fine but iCue doesn't recognise the cooler. The cooler runs fine, has the rgb and fans are working fine otherwise. I tried unplugging the usb on the cooler unit and plugging it straight in to usb port with a normal usb cable and it worked, it only seems to be when it's plugged into the USB2.0 header on my motherboard, which is how it's supposed to be set up. Windows doesn't recognise it under device manager (doesn't come up with unrecognised device, just can't see it listed). Any ideas folks? Seen a few people with same issues that don't seem to have been fixed. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
Vitta
Hello, I experience the same issue as yourself except mine is the non-WiFi version and doesn't read when I try to connect it with a micro-USB cable to the 2.0 port. Is there any specific driver you've installed?
