I have sent all the photos, details, forms and receipts requested and the last update was a notice that someone from damage claim would be in touch with me to inform me about the process to follow. My problem is that that notice was May 21st, and since then I have had no updates or mails or anything. I have checked my junk/deleted mail folders to make sure that no mail fell through the cracks but no sign of one there either. My ticket number is Ticket # 885625 . What do I have to do to move the process along? The incident with the cooler bursting happened around mid-April, so you can understand I have been waiting for some time now (nearly 2 months).
