I know support will give me one but it's the weekend and I intend to game. You can also do a firmware update in iCUE, and select Force Firmware Update. It's not the EXACT same thing, and isn't as thorough, but it's close enough. I don't have another computer and I've laid it out in the ticket that I need a file to hard reset my mouse. If you google search the issue, that is the resolution.
