Taroskin
These coolers have been out for less than a few months (?). There is a whole host of RGB, icue and general controller issues (see this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=182412) There are two other confirmed leaks: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186170 2: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=186198 I have had my cooler for less than 14 days. It constantly flashes and makes USB disconnect noises. However, it has now developed the same above issue (a leak). Pictures attached. The Platinum line is run under a new supplier, and it's hard to think anything other than this has caused a dramatic reduction in quality and/or reliability. Is a recall necessary for this line? This is very disappointing. Is Corsair going to recompense anyone that ends up having their system fried due to this? compromised* doh
Taroskin
I've now noticed that Corsair's #1 partner in the UK has the H100i Platinum SE as "End of Life" and Corsair no longer sell it on their own store. https://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsair-hydro-series-h100i-rgb-platinum-se-240mm-all-in-one-hydro-cooler-cpu-cooler-2x-120mm-ll120-r https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Liquid-Cooling/Dual-Radiator-Liquid-Coolers/Hydro-Series%E2%84%A2-H100i-RGB-PLATINUM-SE-240mm-Liquid-CPU-Cooler/p/CW-9060041-WW Corsair, is this product being recalled? Have you stopped production? What is going on with the lack of communication?

You can use this link to contact our support and begin this process. Hi Jam, Thank you very much for the quick response, I do appreciate it. After talking to Corsair David, it seems you guys are doing your best on this issue and have stopped production to fix the problems on future units. I was also told that if I put in for an RMA, the unit I receive should not have the issue(s). So I will put in for an RMA. jcniest5
Good to know this. I almost exchanged an H115i Platinum for this one due to a USB disconnection issue too famous here. Now the SE is off the list.
