It was approved for an RMA and I received a printable document on which the return address was written on(so, my address) and instructions at the bottom. After following the instructions and preparing my package I realized I was not given any address to send the package to. So, what is the address for the purposes of RMA in Europe? Ticket: #816315 Well, support finally responded and fixed the issue. Apparently the shipping address was missing from the printable document.
