Can NOT log into support portal to process RMA

Need help... I've tried all five PC's, iPad, and every browser you can think of... I've tried resetting the password at least 10 times.... I've called support numbers and only told they can't help, or that I'm doing something wrong (I'm a CCIE certified network engineer...) and STILL can't log into the support portal. All I want to do is process an RMA for my H100i for the THIRD time the pump failed... getting very disappointed with Corsair!
