Hello

 

I recently purchased a TX550M PSU, soon i noticed that it does not supply power to the SATA power cabling. It should still be under warranty. I just attempted to open a support Ticket in an attempt to get it in for Repair.

 

When I try to access the RMA portal in I see this:

Browser prints out the following:

"Message": "005"

}

 

 

I have tried accessing the Corsair Support System with several different web browsers.

 

Adblockers disabled or removed.
