It should still be under warranty. I just attempted to open a support Ticket in an attempt to get it in for Repair. When I try to access the RMA portal in I see this: URL= https://connect.corsair.com/dss/ws/r...ser?trace=true Browser prints out the following: { "Message": "005" } I have tried accessing the Corsair Support System with several different web browsers.
