Im having trouble reinstalling corsair link 4 any help is greatly appreciated.

Im trying to reinstall corsair link 4 and when i go to reinstall it gives me the option to install but wont start. I have removed CL4 and the usb dongle. Is there more i need to uninstall to reinstall? Any help on reinstalling would be great. Thanks
