Toasted
Do you have the VOID Wireless with the dongle and headset connected? If so, Try a different USB port for the headset and dongle as that may resolve your issue. Have you also tried reinstalling CUE? Installing the previous version? http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=138472

Toasted
The dongle will need to be plugged in all the time. The headset can be used without the cable (Wireless) or with the charging cable plugged in. (Note: THe charging cable only charges the headset, This means the dongle needs to remain connected to the computer for the headset to work). If you can upload the latest CUE log as that may provide something as to why it's not detecting the dongle. You an find it in %localappdata%\Corsair\CUE\logs (Put it in the run box). The unknown USB device message is probably to do with Windows not finding drivers for the "headset charger" but this should not affect the functionality of the headset. Toasted
@Skyline5gtr The log does not show any obvious signs of an error. Did the previous versions change anything or are you still not able to see the VOID headset? @kickbackman1277 Which VOID headset do you have? Does Windows detect the device? Toasted
Actually disregard my last post, There is an error. CUE cannot communicate with the dongle as indicated in the second last line. Open Device Manager, Expand "sound, video and game controllers", Right click the VOID headset>Properties>Driver tab. It it using the Corsair drivers or the Microsoft ones? Have you tried a different USB port for the dongle? Have you tried the dongle on another computer? Does it work fine?

I tried unplugging it pulling out all drivers manually same thing. Im going to try another computer I got at home to see if its somehow isolated to my board. Toasted
You will need to install the Corsair drivers manually using "Update driver" in Device Manager. The drivers can be located here; (Default Location) C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine\driver\audio
jespero
I have the same problem. CUE can't detect my headset and I have these Microsoft drivers. I have tried to install Corsairs drivers manually (the route from the previous comment), and I have disabled Driver signature, even windows says I'm in testmode. Any clues? Toasted
What does Windows say when you install the drivers? If you are on Windows 7 also make sure this hotfix is installed. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/3033929.aspx
jespero
When I install the driver (I hope you mean for me to install the file "CorsairGamingAudio") it says "Verified Publisher: Microsoft", I press "Ok" and it just wants me to restart for the changes to apply. I'm at windows
Toasted
You will know if the Corsair drivers are installed as the "Driver Provider" will be Corsair instead of Microsoft under the drivers tab. Not exactly sure where you are getting the Verified Publisher from.

Toasted
Did you confirm your Devier tab for the VOID headset is the same as the one i've attached? Does the log generated from CUE look the same as to the one you posted? Can you try the headset on another computer? Does it work fine with CUE installed? kickbackman1277
just something i have noticed. in cue setting if you untick "Show only connected devices" does it show the void for you? when i do the only extra one is get is the mm800. surely it should show the void if it was a supported device. edit: as is typical. i just restarted my pc and for the first time ever. the void has showed up as a demo edit2: so what i have found is if my pc think the dongle is not plugged in it show the demo but as soon as i plug it in it removes the demo. this tells me the cue knows its there
