red-ray
Use Device Manager to install the device then power down and unplug the PC for two minutes. Then boot it up and see that Device Manager reports. Can you post a screen shot of how the BIOS is setup? Are you running any MSI fan control software? If so this could cause issues. If you have as cable as below then try using that to provide power for the H100iV2.
lynxen
it doesn't even find the drivers with command center you can also can control the fans
red-ray
it doesn't even find the drivers What is the error code? Does dism /online /get-drivers /format:table list hydros7289.inf? If so that version? with command center you can also can control the fans I know, but are you using it? MSI command centre may also prevent the H100iV2 from getting the +12 volts from the CPU_FAN header that it needs to operate as designed.

red-ray
So the 3.6.0.0 driver is there so device manager should have installed it. As I can't see your screen I have no way to know why not. Again, what is the error code? Post a screen shot!

red-ray
That is the same as before, so there are no USB descriptors with the VID and PID so how could a driver get installed? It can't. Did you use Device Manager to install the device then power down and unplug the PC for two minutes? Are you 100% sure the H100iV2 is getting the constant +12 volts it needs? Are you using MSI command centre? Four points need four replies. I can't help you 'till you reply to all four.
