RM1000i 6+2 PCIE pigtail cables

Hi All,

 

I installed this power supply in my son`s computer yesterday and noticed that it was only supplied with 4x6+2 pigtailed cables. I was going to use this PSU in my Skylake build with Titan X in Sli but I wondering if these pigtailed cables will handle the power.

 

I was to believe that with high end GPU`s you should always use 2 X 6+2 cables to the connectors. I have seen on some YT Videos that they also run the pigtailed cables for high end GPU`s so it would be good if someone on here could clarify this.

Thanks for the reply Red Ray,I will probably use cable extensions to make it look neater.
