Please help!!! If the "Profile" tab cannot be selected, it means that the keyboard is not detected by the CUE software. Please ensure that you have the polling switch (located directly next to the USB cable coming out of the keyboard) set to '1' and connect the data cable (USB connector labeled with the keyboard) connected to a USB 3.0 port (auxiliary power connector does not need to be connected). If you do not have a USB 3.0 port, please connect the auxiliary power first onto a USB 2.0 port, then the data cable second. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
