I have to say what a great system is in place.


I found that I had some defective memory (see prev posts) and I thought it was about a year or two ago when I bought the 4 sticks and thought there'll be no where to return them to the store now as it's been so long.


Then logged onto this web site and seen they do the returns policy.


Shipped 2 x defective matched pairs on a couple of days ago....and then got an email a yesterday saying that they'd shipped the new ones to me.


Thanks "Corsair" really good customer service :)




my bad, they haven't yet, I'm getting mixed up with the emails to a few companies. ooooops, still I'll re-post back once this is all sorted.....*face palm* LOL :)
