As a new member ı want to begin with a simple mod , with a CORSAİR case in Corsair forum.

I hope we will see each other often.

This was my 4th corsair case and, 3.rd 900D that I have build.

 

And the problems that ı have encountered .

 

although CORSAIR 900D is a big case, but there are some mistakes ,

these are the mistakes that ı have seen..

 

THE MODERATORS CAN DELETE TEXT , İF THEY ARE NOT APPROPRİATE.

 

it looks like lizard with severed tail.

 

252mm depth is not enough for these case, there are lost spaces, becouse of the doors at buttom , it must be 280mm min.

 

When 480th radiator is installed to the front of sub-part, there is not enough space left except 60mm radiator+25mm fan.

I could not use monsta 480 and monsta 240 together at the buttom.

Even if a thin radiator is used as second ., there is no place left to work and joining between radiators.

 

There are not enogh place for curves of tubing at radiators.

 

We must use a lot of angels and externders like these.

The room for cable and pipes manegement must be 15-20mm deeper by these case..

there is no middle plate at the case. İt must have a portable midplate.

You must mount the pump on a metal stave . it is not a good solution…

There is no free place for pumps ,no place at bottom and and on no midplate…

 

you must remove HDD cages.

 

If you remove hdd cases … the result.

No one can say me that 900 D is an all in one case for watercooling

 

Don t think ,900 D is a big Case for watercooling…It is a MINI – BIG CASE only…

 

I think 900D was produced as a big case at first, later it has been minimized.

 

I hope Corsair 900D V1 is coming soon… I am waiting for a better 900 D

If you can lasercut it ,can ı give you drawings in CDR or dxf.

I f you want to make it as hand made, ı cangive you drawing with dimensions.
