jfail
I got my HG100i today and installed it. On page 7 of the Intel instructions it says to use the Y-Cable to connect the two fans to the pump. The connectors on the cable from each of the fans themselves is a female. Both of the Y cables I got are female connectors leading to a single connector to the pump, they should be male to mate with the female fan connectors. Obviously I got the wrong cables. I sent a ticket to support but no response yet. I just went ahead and connected the fans to one of my fan controllers but I would like to get the proper cable so I can set up correctly. I can't find a phone number for Corsair to get a replacement. Anyone got a phone number?

jfail
Thanks for the info however, there are no caps on my cables. If there were I would have discovered it when I hooked them directly to my fan controller as a temporary fix. Hoping Corsair will help me out.
