Zling Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 Bonjours, (système d'exploitation vista 64) J'ai reçu il y a quelque jour le clavier, j'ai suivis les instructions du guide, j'ai téléchargez le corsair utility engine dernière version 1.11.86, qui ne fonctionne pas sur vista, après l'avoir installer et désinstaller 4 fois "problème de point d entrée de procédure..." Je décide donc de prendre une version antérieure la 1.5.80, qui elle s'installe et s'ouvre http://imageshack.com/a/img903/4167/KDXeJU.jpg mais http://imageshack.com/a/img910/3686/rCHbvP.jpg j'ai essayer la maj du firmwar mais incompatible avec la V 1.5.80. J'ai essayer la désinstallation, réinstallation, redémarrer le PC, changer de port USB, je ne sait plus quoi faire :mad: Merci d'avance, Cordialement. Corsair Employee Corsair Aurel Posted November 10, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 10, 2015 Bonjour En effet il faut revenir a une version plus ancienne pour faire votre mise à jour du firmware et ensuite du CUE. - Important Note: If you have updated your keyboard to FW 1.20 or newer, software older than 1.5.108 will no longer be compatible. Please ensure you always have the latest software available when updating the firmware to prevent incompatibility.
