Elnadrin
[sOLVED : See second edit] My headset isn't recognized by the CUE. I've the following message : "Corsair Utility Engine 1.11.86 No devide detected. Please connect a device." The problem is that my Void headset is ON and the dongle recognizes it. (Constant light) Nothing happened. No updates. I turned off the headset before sleeping and when I woke up, it wasn't working. What I did to try to fix the issue: -I turned On and Off the headset multiple times - I restarted my computer -I restarted the CUE -I resynchronized the dongle with the headset. [EDIT] -I also reinstalled CUE and the problem is still the same, it cannot detect the headset. -The headset never dropped. It is also one month new... I'm constantly having issues with it, I'm fairly disappointed. I had no problems with my old Vengeance 1500 (until a bad contact in the volume throttle.) [sECOND EDIT] I simply switched USB port for the dongle and it is now working. Yet I haven't touch anything, so it seems pretty weird to me. Maybe I just need to buy a brain or get used to that headset. Anyone have an idea?
terabyte
Most likely it was an issue with the USB port controller. There have been several reports that the asmedia controller has some issues while the Intel one is okay. That might have been your case too.
