eldiener Posted July 31, 2020 Share Posted July 31, 2020 I have just bought the Harpoon wireless mouse. I am running the latest version of iCue on Windows 10. When I try to update the firmeare with the latest version shown in iCue the update always fails, showing that 0% has been done, and then indicating failure. No amount of running Retry can get it to succeed. Is there any workaround for this which willl allow me to actually get the latest firmware for the mouse ?
