  1. I have just bought the Harpoon wireless mouse. I am running the latest version of iCue on Windows 10. When I try to update the firmeare with the latest version shown in iCue the update always fails, showing that 0% has been done, and then indicating failure. No amount of running Retry can get it to succeed. Is there any workaround for this which willl allow me to actually get the latest firmware for the mouse ?
  2. I have experienced the same connection issue you describe with the Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse. When I have to charge it, when running in wireless 2.4 ghz mode, I connect the USB charging/data cable to another USB port on my computer and plug the cable into the mouse. After i finish charging I unplug the cable from the mouse but then the wireless 2.4 ghz no longer works. This is really poor. I do not understand your solution to this problem unless you are simply saying that you charge your mouse at some time when it is not in use and separately from your computer.
  3. I am really disappointed in the total lack of support for the Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse which I have recently bought: 1) There is no documentation. 2) Nobody answers any questions in this online forum. 3) Contacting customer support is impossible. 4) The form for contacting customer support is as arcane as the product. Did I buy the wrong product ? Is this mouse old, not supported, an afterthought, something which no one uses anymore ? Is the idea that once I buy the mouse I am totally on my own with all problems because I should be able to figure out everything for myself ? I thought Corsair was a reputable company, since I had bought Corsair memory in the past and it always worked well. I guess I am wrong. I will just chalk this purchase up to a $50 mistake and move on. It is clear to me that Corsair does not care if there are problems with this product.
  4. I am using the mouse in Windows 10 as a wireless mouse withn the 2.4g connection and the mouse's USB wireless receiver plugged into a USB port. This works fine. If I then plug in the mouse to a USB connection using the charging cable in order to charge it while I am also using it wirelessly, everything is still OK. But if I then unplug the mouse's charging cable once I have charged it enough, the mouse stops working using the wireless connection. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way the mouse works or is this a bug in the mouse ?
  5. All attempts to update the Firmware on my Harpoon mouse with the latest iCUE always fails. Is there some workaround to this problem ?
  6. Is there any documentation for the Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse other than the llittle 2-page foldout in setting up the mouse ? I like the mouse but the lack of any documentation I can find about the buttons on it and how to use it I find disappointing.
  7. With the Harpoon wireless mouse I can treat the mouse as wired by attaching the cord to the mouse and a USB connection and changing the position of the button in the back to Off, so that the neither of the wireless settings are chosen. In this wired mode is the mouse always charging ? Is there any difference between the mouse always charging and the mouse being used as a wired mouse ?
  8. I managed to figure this out. Evidently the mouse was already charged.
  9. Following the instructions in the foldout setup guide, after receiving a Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse I plug it into a charged USB connection. According to the setup guide the multi-purpose LED indicator should should begin pulsing green but instead just shows a solid red. Do I have a defective mouse ? How can I tell if it is charged or not ?
  10. Thanks ! I was afraid to pull on it, but it came out easily enough. How do I know when the mouse is fully charged ? The little button shows red when I am charging, but turns green when I unplug the cable. But should it not turn green with the cable plugged in when it is fully charged ? It never has turned green with the cable plugged in although I have left it charging for a number of hours.
  11. I just bought the Corsair RGB Wireless mouse. I have the cord plugged in to charge the mouse. After the mouse is charged, how do I remove the charging cord ? The little fold out that came with the mouse for setting it up does not explain how the cord is removed and/or later inserted to charge the mouse again when needed. I know it is a ridiculous beginner question but I do not want to break the mouse by trying to remove the cord without knowing how to do it.
