eastman51
So I recently bought a Scimitar mouse and a K55 keyboard to go along with my PC revamp. However, while playing around with profiles, macros, and other settings, I have finally come up with something I'm relatively satisfied with for the moment. However, I cannot set the profile to hardware profile to store on my Scimitar. I found a user manual for CUE that was on Google Docs, which states that when creating a profile, you can set it to either a software or hardware profile. That section of the manual also states that this option is unavailable if you don't have devices with onboard memory, however I have a Scimitar, which came with 3 profiles (that I deleted because I didn't like them). Is there any way I can get this setting to appear, even though it already should?
mayberts
I don't have the Scimitar, but can you do this? https://1drv.ms/i/s!AjdBQU3ksbzQhPZQQE9VmSqSws7uUQ

While in CUE 2, first select your mouse, and then create your profile. The option to create a hardware or software profile appears as follows:
