CornFlakes Posted July 29, 2020 Share Posted July 29, 2020 Hello. For a while now, I've been having trouble with the iCUE software. When I want to change or check my fan speeds, the Performance tab is sometimes not there. Sometimes, it only shows 2 out of 4 fans and shows the fan to be at 11000 RPM. Other times, it works perfectly. I have 4 LL 120mm Corsair fans connected to a Commander Pro. If anyone can help me, that would be great. I also have the Corsair H150i Pro XT with also 3 LL 120mm Corsair fans on the radiator. I had no problems with those fans. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
c-attack Posted July 29, 2020 Share Posted July 29, 2020 Usually this is a result of running another monitoring program at the same time and the two conflict over hardware access. HWiNFO, AIDA, and HWMon are common sources. If you need to run one at the same time, exclude the Corsair hardware from the other program. In the case of HWiNFO, make sure you are using the Portable package and you still may need to restart the iCUE service through the settings panel after launching HWiNFO.
