Yes, someone did finally reply, asking me to confirm my address, to wich I answered instantly, but nothing changed since then. I never saw this kind of service anywhere. It's been a week now! I've been recommanding Corsair for many years, but this experience is rather disappointing... If you could make this process faster I'd be really grateful.
