My son had a headset on and spun in my computer chair and now when inserting the headset and mic jacks into those two ports, they are loose and make a bad connection. :[pouts: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My kid has trashed 4 headsets like that. LOL Thought I was the only one!:) But yes they are replaceable. Just use the link on the left to request an RMA for the case.
